Our Mission
At Tri State Exterior Design, our customers are more than just a transaction. Through the entire customer experience, we strive to develop quality relationships built on trust. The foundation of those relationships begins with the education we provide to our team and continues through the interactions we have with our customers during and after the project is complete. It is an honor to serve our community with professionalism, high-quality products, and affordable prices, and to transform homes with an unprecedented level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Our goal is not a satisfied customer who receives a product or service, but a lifetime customer built on trust who is confident that their expectations were exceeded through every step of the process.
How We Began
Over the next several months their friendship matured through entrepreneurial conversations. They shared numerous business ideas unrelated to the home improvement industry, but that was only because of the unscrupulous practices that they had witnessed prior to – inferior installation techniques, aggressive sales tactics and limited training, bait and switch methods, fabricated community outreach, and fictitious company cultures. Adam soon positioned himself in front of some of the country’s largest manufacturers of home improvement products and passionately expressed the need for change within the industry. With overwhelming support, instant partnerships were created with companies who pride themselves on professionalism, quality of craftsmanship, integrity, and affordable solutions for all homeowners. In March 2019, Tri State Exterior Design was established.
In April 2020, Troy was invited to be a part of the Tri State Team as a consultant who would oversee business operations and bring an innovative training program to the company that would offer limitless training, ethical practices, and promote homeowner advocacy. That combined with Adam’s meticulous installation practices brought the company rapid success, and led to a business partnership between the two entrepreneurs in August 2020. Today, Adam and Troy work side-by-side with the most talented and passionate individuals in the industry, who pride themselves on the customer experience and being part of an unmatched culture.
